Perfect for inventory management and control, we can spray consecutive numbers on the back liner of your labels in ascending or descending order, allowing you to manage your inventory easily at a glance.

Dynamic QR Code Printing
Our sequentially numbered QR Code labels (consecutively numbered barcode labels) are produced precisely to your specifications. You dictate where each sequence starts and ends.

Labels can be packaged and delivered in rolls, sheets, strips, or individual cut labels to meet your needs. Let us know what version works best, and we can lock in your exact configuration. Labels can be packaged in cartons, shrink-wrapped, zip-lock bagged, or even inserted into clam shells. Roll labels are carton-packed, with each roll individually shrink-wrapped.

Roll labels will be supplied on a 3″ core, with 1,000 labels per roll unless otherwise requested. These specifications vary depending on the final label size or outward diameter of the finished roll. Sheet labels are cartons packed in bulk or can be broken down into smaller packages and optionally shrink-wrapped in any quantity you specify.

We recommend shrink-wrapping your final product. Shrink-wrapping protects against humidity, dust, and dirt; prevents damage from bending, tearing, or folding; and keeps printed items well-organized, under control, and easy to maintain. Shrink-wrapped materials are far easier to transport, distribute, and store as they’re shrink-wrapped together rather than stacked loosely in a pile.

The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals, or GHS, is an internationally agreed-upon system created by the United Nations. As of 1 June 2015, GHS required manufacturers, importers, downstream users, and distributors of chemical substances and mixtures to adopt the standard.

GHS labels have some specific challenges, and our talented designers are experts at designing labels that comply with GHS standards. We aim to help you create consistent GHS-compliant labels that stand out in the marketplace.

After your rolls of labels have been printed and die-cut, the converted label roll is placed on a rewinding machine for final finishing based on your specifications. During the rewind process, your labels will receive a final quality inspection, be counted, and wound in the desired direction based on whether they will be hand- or machine-applied.

We support all standard unwind directions, ensuring you get the perfect label for your application. The final rewind direction must be provided for all machine-applied or imprinted labels.
